Job Function of Each Recruiter

1) Market our newly trained candidates in most IT fields with a focus on SAP, along with subcontracting candidates to requirements that we receive.

2) Help candidates prepare resumes and prep them for the interview process.

Pay is negotiable and will be depended on experience. We are looking for higly qualified individuals with at least one to two years of experience.

FAQ:

1) Can this be done from home?

No, you will need to work from our office and the office hours will be from 9AM-5PM or 10AM-6PM.

2) Where are you located?

Our office is in Farmington Hills, MI.

3) How much do you really pay?

Based on your experience we are very negotiable on salary and commisson structure. But we prefer a low salary with a high commission structure. But we can work almost anyway based on your experience.

Some of our marketing staff that have been with us over 2 years make over $100,000 and a few make over $200,000.

4) How many candidates will I be marketing?

Typically we have about 20 candidates to market at any one time, but if you feel you can market more I can have them available for you.
